Clockwatcher is a test application that generates a notice with the current time once a minute. When you initially sign up for Notices from Clockwatcher (or when Clockwatcher restarts), it generates and sends a new notice. Thereafter, it updates this notice once per minute until midnight, and then creates a new one. Notices from Clockwatcher have an expiration 24 hours in the future.
To sign up for notices from Clockwatcher, fill in the address of your Notices agent and press the "Notice me!" button below. Your Notices agent will prompt you to confirm that you want to receive notices from Clockwatcher; you can edit the name and maximum priority Clockwatcher is allowed to send. The name is only used to help you keep track of what notices you have authorized. Clockwatcher sends its notices at the lowest priority, Informational, so the priority setting doesn't matter.
